Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph before applying; clearance sponsorship and processing are not available.

Salary: $176,000–$192,000 per year, plus $44,000–$48,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Develop production agentic integrations in Python using multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources.
• Build tools and agentic workflows with PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents.
• Integrate external APIs and diverse data sources with MCP tools for scalable system interoperability.
• Work with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and design solutions.
• Analyze customer data types, extract relevant information, and present data analysis results.
• Collaborate with software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend fixes.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph required before applying.
• Clearance sponsorship or processing is not available; candidates seeking to obtain clearance do not meet the minimum requirements.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or 4 additional years of experience in place of the degree.
• Strong Python skills, including JSON, REST APIs, HTTP-based queries, and data manipulation.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, tool/function calling, Git, Atlassian tools, and GitLab CI/CD automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval systems, RAG, vector databases, or semantic search.
• Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems or production CNO capabilities.
• Cybersecurity background or familiarity with security operations workflows.
• Practical experience in AI domains such as intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, or LLMs.
