ServiceNow DevOps Engineer (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
• Monitor platform health, performance, availability, security, and compliance.
• Provide Level 2 support and resolve incidents, service requests, and performance issues.
• Develop and deploy platform enhancements, including forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and portals.
• Build and maintain API integrations, reports, dashboards, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate releases, updates, security patches, change management, rollbacks, and project handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• 3+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow and 2+ years developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and HRSD modules, workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules.
• Experience developing and maintaining API integrations, plus knowledge of web technologies and cloud platforms.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and Agile collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, including CAD, CIS, or micro-certifications.
• Knowledge of networking, data security, GDPR, and information security standards.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
