DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; remote or hybrid

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on Azure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Collaborate with application teams and clients on infrastructure solutions, software components, and design patterns.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Implement monitoring, optimize system performance, and manage incidents.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Terraspace, and Bicep.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and Unix and Windows administration.
• Knowledge of MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Intermediate English level (B1) required. Experience with AI-assisted development and engineering tools is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS CodeCommit, Bitbucket CI/CD, Kubernetes, or .NET application build and IIS management.
• Experience writing tests for Infrastructure as Code.
• Mentoring experience.
