What you will do

• Develop Appian processes, user interfaces, and integration plugins using platform functionality.
• Build and maintain workflows and integrations for core banking processes and enterprise applications.
• Produce clean code and application configurations based on specifications.
• Review requirements, contribute to detailed design, participate in code reviews, and support development shadowing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvements to the development process.
• Provide L3 support for live applications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing or consulting on the Appian platform.
• Previous experience in a technical consulting or programming role.
• Middle-level database programming skills, preferably with MariaDB or PostgreSQL in cloud environments.
• Solid experience with API, JMS, and Kafka integrations.
• Advanced English skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, abstract thinking, attention to detail, and experience with Agile software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and similar tools.
• Experience with change management and defect tracking tools.
