B2B PHP Senior Developer (Romania)

What you will do

• Develop software based on written requirements and technical specifications.
• Suggest and implement improvements across existing products and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core products and databases for functionality and scalability.
• Assist QA with acceptance tests and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and write clean, standards-compliant code.
• Collaborate with distributed multidisciplinary teams and participate in mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web application backend development.
• Strong PHP 8+ and MySQL skills.
• Practical knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, SQL, APIs, and GraphQL.
• Understanding of web product development, full-stack concepts, and cloud-based microservices.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work from Romania with a Romanian work permit.

• Experience leading or mentoring other developers.
