Support Engineer, Engineering Operations (AI)

Location: Remote, but candidates must have a permanent address in California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.

What you will do

• Respond to technical issues and questions through Slack, Linear, and Pylon.
• Troubleshoot product, integration, and API-related customer issues.
• Escalate product bugs to Engineering with clear technical context.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation for Customer Success and Engineering.
• Identify recurring issues and propose product improvements.
• Build internal tools and implement AI workflows to improve support efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to read and write TypeScript code.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple technical conversations.
• Verified LinkedIn profile required.
• Permanent address in one of the specified US hub states required.
