Flex Videographer (Fashion)

Location: Onsite at 3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, California 92626, US

Salary: $33.25–$53.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up daily video shoots, including cameras, audio, lighting, and fixtures.
• Ensure proper lighting, focus, framing, and audio quality for videos and b-roll.
• Work with the Associate Producer to guide and coach salespeople and stylists on engaging content.
• Manage, audit, back up, and upload footage for post-production.
• Assist with product preparation and shipping as needed.
• Maintain production supplies and equipment and communicate repair or replacement needs.

Requirements

• Five years of audio and video production experience.
• Three years of experience working in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of video equipment and props.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree focused on audio and video production.
• Experience training or onboarding production crew members.
