Mechanical Engineering Internship - Summer 2027

Location: On-site in Houston, Texas, United States; travel of 10% or less and work at project locations may be required.

What you will do

• Gain practical experience in mechanical engineering through project-based work.
• Contribute to meaningful engineering and consulting projects across the AEC industry.
• Use CAD software and engineering analysis tools to support project activities.
• Collaborate with engineering professionals and contribute to team problem solving.
• Adapt to changing priorities and perform work onsite or at project locations as required.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for the AEC industry and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work tasks.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston or at project locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
• Familiarity with engineering analysis tools.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry.
