Senior Product Manager – Payments & Acquiring

hirify.global is hiring for a Baltic Amadeus client operating in payments and card acquiring.

What you will do

• Own and execute the product strategy for card-present and e-commerce acquiring.
• Lead the development and scaling of POS, e-commerce, and relevant unattended POS propositions.
• Plan, develop, test, launch, and continuously optimize products and features.
• Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and respond to competitor activity.
• Drive acquiring economics and commercial performance, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams, make product decisions, challenge technical solutions, represent the product externally, and establish scalable handover processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with significant experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience launching, developing, or scaling card-present acquiring and POS products, together with strong e-commerce acquiring experience.
• Strong knowledge of CP and CNP acquiring, payment processing, authorization, settlement, and the card-payment ecosystem.
• Experience with payment processors, POS terminal vendors, gateways, acquirers, acquiring banks, or card schemes.
• Experience with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, plus knowledge of applicable legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Banking or A2A payments.
• Experience with SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence.
