TL;DR
Product Associate (Payments) (Fintech/Payments): Supporting payment product delivery through backlog preparation, PSP integrations, and payment flow improvements with an accent on API documentation, transaction processing, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on documenting payment flows, tracking integration blockers, investigating payment issues, and identifying improvements across a network of 30+ providers.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria for smaller payments backlog changes.
- Support backlog preparation, refinement, agile delivery, and product documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Support payment service provider integrations across a network of more than 30 providers, documenting APIs, payment flows, callbacks, statuses, and error scenarios.
- Track integration progress, dependencies, blockers, testing, and launches.
- Coordinate with payment providers, Engineering, QA, Payment Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
- Investigate payment issues, document findings, and recommend improvements to existing payment flows.
Requirements
- BSc or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product, QA, Operations, or another analyst role in a technology company, or relevant internship experience.
- Fluent English is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
- Strong analytical, written communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Interest in how systems work and willingness to explore technical documentation.
- Applicants must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Exposure to payments, fintech, banking, or brokerage.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, Postman, Jira, Confluence, or basic SQL.
- Additional language skills.
