Senior AI Developer Relations Advocate (Rack Scale)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in the United States, with primary locations in Phoenix and Chandler, Arizona, and additional locations in Santa Clara, California, and Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary range: $170,500–$315,490 USD.

What you will do

• Own rack-scale AI reference applications and Day0 enablement for data center platforms, with a focus on Crescent Island.
• Build forkable demos, blueprints, and workshop repositories using Kubernetes, multinode serving, vLLM, SGLang, llmd, and AI-optimized fabric.
• Deploy and test applications from clean clusters in CI to maintain first-run reliability and reproducibility as models, libraries, and topologies change.
• Translate rack-scale reference designs into runnable artifacts that enterprise evaluators can reproduce independently.
• Lead workshops, hackathons, livecoding sessions, and developer engagements at events and customer sites.
• Contribute fixes and enablement upstream, converting developer and evaluator feedback into improvements to applications, documentation, and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, including accelerator scheduling, networking, and multinode workload deployment.
• Experience with multinode and distributed inference serving, such as vLLM, SGLang, or llmd.
• Working knowledge of AI-optimized fabric and rack-scale topologies, including interconnect behavior and collective communication.
• Experience publishing reference applications or samples used by other developers, plus Developer Relations or Developer Advocacy experience leading workshops or livecoding sessions.
• Hybrid work at an assigned hirify.global site in the United States is required.

• Visible open-source contributions and experience translating reference architectures into reproducible deployment artifacts.
