Annuity Analyst – Insurance Claims

Location: USA - TN - Nashville; currently remote with a transition to a hybrid arrangement based on proximity to the nearest DXC office.

What you will do

• Process annuity death claims accurately according to internal procedures, compliance requirements, and regulatory timelines.
• Communicate with agents, beneficiaries, and internal teams to resolve questions and provide claim status updates.
• Execute transactions on time and maintain complete documentation of claim activities and decisions.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Provide customer service through written correspondence and verbal communication.
• Support process optimization and initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, annuity processing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and claims procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong written communication, documentation, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in the United States and transition to a hybrid arrangement based on proximity to a DXC office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Specific experience handling annuity or death claims.
