Lawyer (Crypto Sportsbook and Casino)

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including SaaS, IT, service, and licensing contracts.
• Provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle and advise on contractual, legal, and commercial risks.
• Support employment and immigration matters, including employment agreements, visas, work permits, and relocations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement, and Business teams.
• Contribute to legal process automation and optimization using AI and legal technology tools.
• Maintain contract templates and legal playbooks and monitor legislative changes affecting the business.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, or Legal Counsel.
• Law degree; an LL.M. is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Good understanding of commercial, employment, and immigration law, including cross-border matters and international counterparties.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and independent decision-making skills, with a practical business-oriented approach.

• Interest in AI, legal technology, and automation, with the ability to improve legal workflows through technology.
• LL.M. qualification.
