What you will do
- Manage international banking relationships and end-to-end payment operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee daily accounting records in 1C and reconcile bank balances with system data.
- Execute salary payments according to established schedules and compliance requirements.
- Track payment flows in real time and respond to operational inquiries from managers.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Compliance to align payment flows with regulatory and internal standards.
- Identify bottlenecks, automate routine tasks, and prepare technical specifications and BRDs for 1C enhancements.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Treasury or Senior Banking roles within high-risk sectors such as iGaming, gambling, betting, or crypto.
- Strong understanding of cross-border financial flows, international payment systems, and foreign bank operations.
- Practical knowledge of transaction logic and architecture in 1C.
- Experience managing a team, delegating tasks, and controlling operational processes.
- Structured and analytical approach, process-automation mindset, and ability to make fast decisions under pressure.

- Hands-on experience writing Business Requirement Documents and technical specifications for 1C system enhancements.
