Corporate Investigation Specialist

Location: Anywhere; fully remote. Be based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus as a plus.

What you will do

• Conduct pre- and post-security interviews with employees and contractors.
• Lead the full security-check process from planning through execution.
• Validate and cross-reference OSINT findings.
• Assess potential internal risks with relevant teams and escalate issues when needed.
• Conduct internal investigations and test suppliers, partners, and unusual events to prevent risks.
• Communicate ethically and professionally through nuanced, non-confrontational questioning.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate security, internal investigations, structured interviews, or due diligence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess behavioral cues and inconsistencies in a non-confrontational setting.
• English at B2+ level and fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
• Ability to work fully remotely.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with polygraph procedures.
• Background in security consulting, HR investigations, or compliance audits.
• Experience in fast-paced technology or international environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
