Game Integrity Bot Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work with home and office working

What you will do

• Investigate suspected use of prohibited third-party tools and other forms of unfair advantage across online poker platforms.
• Gather and analyse case data using dedicated tools, then reach objective conclusions.
• Present findings to colleagues and managers and take action based on agreed conclusions.
• Review customer-reported suspicions and support colleagues with complex cases.
• Contribute to projects that improve detection methods and operational efficiency.
• Prepare data-driven reports and visualisations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience playing online poker and familiarity with common third-party assistance tools.
• Strong understanding of poker strategy, game theory, mathematics, and statistics.
• Comfort managing large amounts of data; experience with Excel functions and writing queries is useful.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify suspicious patterns objectively.
• Ability to communicate complex principles clearly in written and verbal English; excellent English proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
