Senior Finance Business Partner (AdTech)

Location: Remote from Poland or Ukraine, including Warsaw, Lubelskie, or Kyiv.

What you will do

• Advise department heads across Publishing, Partnerships, Sales, and Operations on commercial and financial decisions.
• Evaluate business cases, hiring plans, strategic initiatives, product launches, and capital deployment using ROI and scenario analysis.
• Support rolling forecasts, annual budgets, P&L planning, and profitability improvement.
• Build driver-based financial models linking traffic, CPM, CPC, revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Lead analyses of unit economics and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering to standardize metrics and develop scalable data models and integrated dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering, ideally in digital, AdTech, marketplace, SaaS, or platform businesses.
• Experience building or significantly transforming financial processes.
• Strong financial analysis, large-dataset, Excel, and financial-modelling skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly and collaborate across functions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or similar professional certification.
• Big Four background.
• Experience with two-sided business models or marketplace economics.
