Meta Ads Growth Engineer

Location: Remote worldwide, provided the candidate's timezone is no further east than UTC+5.

Salary: Up to $180,000 a year gross, based on skills.

What you will do

• Own the written Meta media-buying methodology and encode it into deterministic rules and AI skills.
• Define how actions and inactions should be valued, generate methodology improvements, and test them on historical data.
• Design and run manual tests with the agent, then build testing skills and autonomous testing loops.
• Build account-audit skills for identifying gaps and improvements against the methodology.
• Create implementation, control, automation, and looping skills that adapt the methodology to new client accounts.
• Work directly with the product team to turn expert Meta Ads practices into a scalable algorithm.

Requirements

• Own a Meta Ads methodology that has worked at scale for large accounts spending approximately $500K or more per month.
• Deep expertise in Meta account architecture, creative testing, data analysis, thresholds, and media-buying mechanics.
• Experience building fine-grained decision logic with combined metrics, rule cascades, and expected-value analysis.
• Ability to break down decisions and channel behavior into mechanics and improve them using historical data.
• Hands-on ability to build pipelines and automation, wire models, and create deterministic, backtested skills.
• Remote availability is worldwide, with work required no further east than UTC+5.
