Media Buyer - Meta Ads

Location: Remote from any location

Salary: From €1,700 per month net, with the possibility of adjustment based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting.
• Research audiences and test interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, and new audience opportunities.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and other campaign performance metrics.
• Develop creative testing strategies covering hooks, angles, messages, visuals, and formats.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to turn performance insights into stronger campaigns and report results using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing budgets of €5,000+ per month is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
