Billing Specialist II (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role in Dublin, Ohio, United States

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and prepare supplier invoices for accounts payable.
• Bill customers accurately and resolve invoice corrections, discrepancies, debits, and credits.
• Validate sales orders, release orders for billing, and create purchase orders.
• Set up new vendors in SAP and review open-order reports and scorecards.
• Resolve transporter and vendor discrepancies and obtain required supplier paperwork.
• Collaborate with buyers and cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Availability for a hybrid work schedule in Dublin, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Experience with Salesforce.
