What you will do
- Source technical candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other channels.
- Develop personalized outreach messages and improve them using response-rate analytics.
- Map and monitor technical talent pools against hiring needs and market trends.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS and CRM systems and report sourcing metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in technical recruitment with direct sourcing.
- Proven success engaging passive candidates.
- Solid understanding of software development roles, technologies, and skill sets.
