Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Fully remote

hirify.global is building an intelligent operating system for business in which AI agents create tools, learn from real-world use, and orchestrate workflows across existing systems.

What you will do

• Design and build backend systems and APIs that support AI agents.
• Develop frontend interfaces for visualizing workflows and enabling human interaction with the system.
• Automate processes and create internal tools that accelerate development.
• Research and implement creative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to an evolving product architecture that learns and adapts over time.

Requirements

• Strong command of Linux/Unix systems.
• Understanding of backend fundamentals, including queues, APIs, databases, and services.
• Ability to work across the full stack, from backend logic to frontend interfaces.
• Interest in emerging AI technologies and sound judgment about when to build solutions from scratch.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technically experienced team.

Nice to have

• Experience with side projects, open-source work, code samples, or useful shell scripts.
• Experience solving unusual technical problems through independent research.
