Program Manager Integrated Systems (Defense)

What you will do

• Execute awarded contracts while securing profitability, cash flow, delivery precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Define projects and support bid preparation.
• Manage projects throughout the contract execution phase.
• Act as the customer interface, including responsibility for contract fulfilment and negotiations.
• Monitor short- and long-term project profitability and ensure agreed goals are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish organizational commitment to project objectives.

Requirements

• Leadership experience with a strong focus on business and customer understanding.
• Good financial understanding and experience in project management and/or product management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, internally and externally.
• Ability to create a collaborative culture based on transparency, feedback, respect, and trust.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills are required.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
