Senior (Lead) Software Engineer (AI): Building the supplier data platform that transforms millions of raw vendor records into reliable procurement intelligence with an accent on agentic software development, cloud-native architecture, and large-scale data quality. Focus on designing scalable services, using AI agents across the software development lifecycle, and shaping architecture for supplier matching, enrichment, and integrations.
Location: Helsinki, Finland, with a flexible hybrid working model and remote-work support. Relocation support is available for exceptional candidates.
Salary: €5,300–€6,500/month for Senior Software Engineers and €6,200–€7,400/month for Lead Software Engineers.

What you will do
- Own the technical architecture of the Suppliers domain, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Build, deploy, and operate cloud-native services throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Use AI agents and modern agentic coding tools to design, build, review, and ship production code.
- Develop the supplier data platform for vendor matching, data quality, enrichment, and services used by other teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and service design stakeholders.
- At Lead level, guide the technical evolution of the supplier domain and influence cross-team decisions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of actively driving an AI engineering or agentic development transition.
- Experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong hands-on programming skills, ideally with C# and .NET.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
- Experience defining agent instructions, verifying generated code, and improving code and tooling for agentic workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, product mindset, and ability to set technical direction.
