Modeling and Simulation Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and integrate system models for satellites, radars, aircraft, missiles, and command-and-control systems in the AFSIM simulation environment.
• Collaborate with government teams and subject matter experts to identify implementation requirements.
• Model air, space, ground, and missile systems for real-world operational scenarios.
• Design and enhance military models and operationally relevant scenarios representing interactions between entities.
• Test and evaluate models through CI/CD and work with software engineering teams to improve modeling and simulation solutions.

Requirements

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• At least two years of operational analysis experience.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, plug-in development, C++, Visual Studio, and SysML.

Nice to have

• Experience modeling aircraft, sensors, radar, and other military craft.
