Senior Institutional Coverage (Crypto)

Location: New York City, NY, United States

Annual base compensation: $128,000–$162,000, plus commission, discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and optimize complex institutional client accounts to expand relationships and account coverage.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of derivatives trading, credit, lending, and other services.
• Build lasting relationships with senior executives and key client decision-makers through proactive consultation.
• Partner with leadership to align sales deliverables and account-growth strategies with business objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, trading, middle-office, and back-office teams to deliver integrated client service.
• Monitor market trends and generate ideas for proactive client engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance; a markets background is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and/or lending.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the evolving global regulatory landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex value propositions to sophisticated stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and complex account administration skills.
• Familiarity with trading and prime brokerage services and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
