CLUE UAIS FSE (UAS Airspace Integration)

Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, United States. Remote position with approximately 50% travel to U.S. and OCONUS military installations; regular on-site field work is required.

What you will do

• Set up, configure, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot UAS Airspace Integration System technology.
• Support site surveys, system integration, testing, exercises, sustainment, demonstrations, and field operations.
• Coordinate with government personnel, airspace managers, UAS operators, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical reach-back support for issue resolution, system updates, configuration changes, and capability enhancements.
• Develop system documentation, configuration baselines, technical records, operational logs, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Deliver user training and collect and analyze operational data to support technical recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience with UAS and/or Counter-UAS systems.
• Experience with data collection, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in dynamic operational environments.
• Ability to work independently in on-site and field environments while coordinating with government, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain base access and required credentialing or security clearance.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, including one- to two-week assignments at U.S. and OCONUS installations.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAS Traffic Management or digital airspace management systems.
• Knowledge of air domain awareness, Counter-UAS integration, RF systems, sensors, or aviation technologies.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification.
• Military service or experience with low-altitude airspace management and UAS architecture.
