HR Analyst

Location: Milan, Italy; remote work flexibility available

Gross annual salary: €33,000 or more, plus eligibility for an individual or collective variable incentive based on predetermined performance objectives

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support people and business decisions.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, hiring activity, diversity, and employee movements.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and organizational structure analysis.
• Maintain organizational charts and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and insights for HR and business leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Additional language skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and interest in people strategy and organizational dynamics.
