Sr Packaging Designer (Games)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday–Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Salary: $96,000–$122,000 annual.

What you will do

• Design packaging for hirify.global Games brands and licensed properties from initial concept through final production.
• Develop packaging, product graphics, and digital assets for retail and e-commerce experiences.
• Create visual storytelling that strengthens brand identity and connects with consumers.
• Present concepts and collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, Brand, and global development teams.
• Art direct illustration, retouching, photography, and external creative partners.
• Build 3D package visualizations and physical mockups while maintaining design quality through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in packaging, graphic, or consumer product design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, packaging, and brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, consumer-focused design, communication, organization, and project management.

• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
