Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Full-time in Copenhagen, Denmark

What you will do

• Define and design digital products and experiences used by broad audiences across Denmark.
• Design apps, interfaces, services, websites, tools, and other complex digital products across varied industries.
• Translate complex workflows, systems, and requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Lead the design process from research and discovery through high-fidelity UI delivery.
• Plan and participate in user research, synthesize insights, and convert user needs into product decisions.
• Explore AI tools and interaction patterns to improve research, design, prototyping, and product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, enterprise, data-heavy, or workflow-driven products.
• Experience working in startup environments with ambiguity, rapid delivery, and ownership.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences or working with emerging AI interaction patterns.
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems, component libraries, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Confident rapid prototyping with tools such as Figma, Framer, code, or AI prototyping tools.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presenting design rationale, managing stakeholder feedback, and aligning Product, Engineering, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience across e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, SaaS, lifestyle, or mobility.
• Experience designing for native apps, services, platforms, kiosks, or other changing platforms.
