Senior Embedded Developer (EV Chargers)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for existing and next-generation EV chargers.
• Deliver stable, well-reviewed code and fixes across the product portfolio.
• Shape firmware planning, technical reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Balance hardware and software trade-offs while collaborating with Hardware, Software, PMO, and Product.
• Improve firmware release processes and drive product and process improvements.
• Share knowledge and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; relevant hands-on experience may compensate for formal education.
• Professional experience with embedded systems in C.
• Strong collaboration skills and a supportive, team-oriented approach.
• Curiosity about new technology and its application to real customer problems.
• Solution-driven mindset with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
• English is required; the role is based in Stavanger with hybrid attendance.
