Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands

is an international EdTech company producing in-house online training experiences through multidisciplinary Studios.
What you will do
- Run end-to-end video and live productions, including filming, editing, studio operation, and research for shooting locations and experts.
- Manage productions from briefing through delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Studios, Marketing, creative, production, technical, and external stakeholders.
- Improve workflows and support the adoption of AI-enhanced production tools.
- Maintain consistent production quality across projects.
- Contribute to studio equipment management, render workflows, storage solutions, and technical tooling.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in video production and post-production.
- Experience with live productions, technical production setups, and studio operations.
- Experience working with broadcast and/or cinema cameras.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong interest in innovation, scalable media production, AI-enhanced workflows, and new production technology.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Synthesia and Artlist's AI.
