Post-Production Producer (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Build and manage a contractor pool of video editors, retouchers, colorists, VFX artists, and AI creators.
• Match specialists to post-production tasks and manage photo and video materials from intake through final delivery.
• Review visual materials, provide detailed feedback, and ensure alignment with creative goals and quality standards.
• Write briefs, work with technical specifications, and manage project changes.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across the post-production process.
• Make technical and creative decisions to optimize workflows and support AI-enabled production.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience producing photo or video post-production processes.
• Intermediate English or higher.
• Ability to structure large volumes of information and coordinate multiple processes.
• Experience working with briefs, technical specifications, and project changes.
• Strong attention to detail, visual judgment, communication, dispute-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and find alternative solutions.
