Program Manager, Translation Service Ops (AI)

What you will do

• Drive localization planning and country launch readiness from intake through go-live across multiple business lines.
• Prioritize localization scope, phase work, forecast costs, and maintain program budgets.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, align workstreams, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Build intake processes, readiness criteria, financial controls, runbooks, and repeatable localization frameworks.
• Coordinate localized content quality reviews, UAT, issue triage, and launch readiness recommendations.
• Identify and pilot AI, machine learning, generative AI, and LLM-based automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and experience in program or project management.
• Experience delivering programs end to end and working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior leadership.
• Experience managing content projects, conducting content reviews, and overseeing localization.
• Fluent written, spoken, and read English; familiarity with NMT or LLM machine translation and software internationalization principles.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing service providers, vendors, budgets, repeatable processes, automation, or standardization.
• Degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
