HR Intern - Learning & Development

Location: Milan, Italy; onsite in the BCG office

What you will do

• Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs for consultants.
• Assist with developing and updating learning content, training materials, and e-learning modules.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, venues, materials, and participant tracking.
• Support onboarding and induction activities, including pre-arrival communication, welcome sessions, and first-week programs.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and contribute to post-training evaluation reports.

Requirements

• University degree or current enrollment in human resources, psychology, education, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with an interest in data analytics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to switch quickly between activities.
