What you will do

• Develop analytics-driven strategies and data science solutions for external clients in Europe.
• Apply predictive modeling and machine learning to support customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze hirify.globalNet data to identify performance metrics and issuer profit-and-loss opportunities.
• Translate client and stakeholder requirements into actionable data science solutions and business insights.
• Manage end-to-end data science projects, from analytic planning and documentation to delivery.
• Improve existing solutions by automating processes and applying new tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Graduation before 1 October 2027.
• Permanent right to work in the United Kingdom; this must be specified on the CV.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree, including a Master's or Ph.D., in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, operational research, computer science, economics, or engineering.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills for client-facing project work.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies including Hadoop, SQL, MLP, and Apache Spark.
• Experience with Python or other data analytics and programming tools, plus knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
