Accountant / Auditor (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $50–$70 per hour

IT consulting company supporting an AI training project focused on financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.

What you will do

• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Develop and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions.
• Evaluate audit procedures, internal controls, and supporting documentation.
• Review tax compliance documents and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Contribute financial scenarios and case studies to improve AI performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analytical functions.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation for diverse business entities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with process improvement or technology-driven finance projects.
