TL;DR
Business Data Analyst (Power BI/AI): Collecting, transforming, and analysing complex datasets to deliver recurring reports, ad-hoc analysis, and actionable business insights with an accent on data quality, stakeholder advisory, and reporting framework improvement. Focus on resolving data integration issues, driving process changes, and applying AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and automation.
Location: Bulgaria, with hybrid or remote working options; a valid Bulgarian work/residence permit is required.

What you will do
- Define data requirements, source information from multiple systems, and prepare and validate datasets.
- Clean, transform, and analyse complex data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis with clear recommendations for business decisions.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product as a trusted analytical advisor.
- Improve data quality, systems, processes, reporting, and analytical frameworks.
- Lead adoption of new reporting tools and processes, including AI-supported analysis, automation, documentation, and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, independently delivering complex analysis that influences business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or a comparable BI platform and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong data quality, data integration, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- A valid work/residence permit for Bulgaria is required.

- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Product analytics experience.
- Experience with AI data products or AI tools in analytical workflows.
