Service Execution Manager (Electrical Automation)

What you will do

• Coordinate and follow up on service assignments for customers in the assigned portfolio.
• Plan and manage service resources and coordinate execution activities.
• Order required parts and components.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and represent the company professionally.
• Coordinate cooperation between customers, service engineers, technical support, project management, and other internal functions.
• Ensure service work is performed safely, efficiently, to the required quality, and according to agreed commercial terms.

Requirements

• Background in electrical engineering or automation, supported by a trade certificate, technical college education, or university degree.
• Knowledge of electrical industry FSE safety requirements.
• Relevant experience managing assignments for marine and offshore customers.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
