Product Manager - Institution Business (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch for institutional account, access, and financing solutions.
• Build and optimize broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, and API key workflows.
• Shape the OTC roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize features with business, engineering, and operations teams.
• Write detailed product requirements, assess technical feasibility, and execute products from concept through launch.
• Monitor product data and user feedback to improve experiences for high-volume institutional trading.
• Lead cross-functional engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to meet delivery goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, ideally involving institutional OTC trading, brokers, asset managers, or trading systems.
• Hands-on quantitative analysis or trading experience, with expertise in OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution.
• Strong understanding of pre-trade compliance, RFQ and block-trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
