Senior Product Manager (Compliance)

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore; remote-first work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the nature of the business team

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Compliance tools and services that meet regulatory requirements and provide a strong user experience.
• Review business requirements and create Product Requirements Documents to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize valuable product work.
• Track and analyze key metrics, resolve product issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Refine workflows for intuitive operation, improved efficiency, and better user experience.
• Support Regional and Global Heads, coordinate implementation, and communicate new features to users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
• Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML and Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience leading complex projects and delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional, results-driven environment.
