What you will do

• Research institutional, broker, and VIP prospects and support growth initiatives, account expansion, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
• Assist with client proposals, incentive structures, proof-of-concept activities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate workflows between growth, middle office, and support functions to improve onboarding and activation.
• Produce recurring reports on client volume, concentration, activation, and program performance.
• Validate data from internal warehouses and business intelligence tools, flag anomalies, and support ad-hoc analysis.
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Legal while maintaining documentation and identifying automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, in operations, business or commercial analytics, product operations, growth, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets and basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication and the ability to summarize data and decisions for stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills for managing recurring deadlines and batch processes.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule remotely.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto, exchange, fintech, VIP, or institutional client products.
• Understanding of spot and futures trading, maker/taker models, fee tiers, and rebates.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools and data warehouses.
