Senior Product Manager, Core Trading (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Set the product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts, and other derivatives products.
• Work with trading engineering teams to translate complex trading requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning and development through release and feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance and resolve issues before they affect users.
• Ensure trading systems follow relevant standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual Swaps, and Options.
• Technical or quantitative background, such as Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Ability to understand trading logic and risk methods and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Product management experience is preferred but not required.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for coordination with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
