Business Development Associate (Web3)

Location: Remote; in-person team meetings four times a year

What you will do

• Handle a high volume of initial calls with inbound projects and clients.
• Conduct follow-ups, manage proposal pipelines, and qualify high-potential partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams and ecosystem partners.
• Create workflows supporting the successful launch of the network and pipeline initiatives.
• Manage internal information pipelines and keep the CRM updated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in DeFi and Web3.
• Proven experience handling high-volume client pipelines and taking deals from initial contact to launch.
• Deep understanding of enterprise blockchain, DeFi, EVM, and institutional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with CRMs, documentation, and internal information-sharing workflows.
• Ability to work independently in async workflows and collaborate closely with founders and product teams.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and automation workflows for research, content creation, and social media execution.
