Treasury Manager

Location: Remote, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel

Company

Global treasury operations covering cash, investments, foreign exchange exposure, banking relationships, and payment service providers.

What you will do

• Manage daily global cash positioning, liquidity needs, funding, and coordination with Accounting.
• Own cash flow forecasting, monthly Free Cash Flow analysis, and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Develop the investment policy and manage portfolios of marketable securities and bank deposits.
• Manage global FX exposure and hedging activities, including risk analysis, execution, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers while optimizing banking structures and costs.
• Oversee treasury reporting, financial statement disclosures, internal controls, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury management.
• Experience working with domestic and international financial institutions.
• Experience with treasury and online banking systems, including implementation and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
