Full Stack Team Lead (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build, lead, and mentor a frontend/full-stack development team from the ground up.
• Define engineering standards, development processes, delivery plans, and technical quality practices.
• Design the C2 application architecture, including a microfrontend approach.
• Guide development of a real-time, high-performance, scalable, and modular operator interface.
• Coordinate integration across frontend, backend, and edge systems, including real-time communication, video streaming, telemetry, and control.
• Own the frontend domain, make technology decisions, and lead resolution of complex cross-system issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend or full-stack development experience.
• 2+ years of technical or team leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Experience designing architecture for complex, real-time, data-intensive, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating with backend systems such as Java or Python, real-time communication layers, WebSockets, and pub/sub systems.
• Understanding of performance, scalability, state management, and collaboration across backend and edge platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, video streaming, telemetry, or real-time control systems.
• Familiarity with air-gapped or constrained environments.
• Experience with C2 systems, drones, robotics, or defense-related domains.
• Background in map-based or geospatial applications.
• Experience with WebRTC, RTSP, GStreamer, DevOps, or CI/CD.
