Location: On-site in Tel Aviv, Israel

is a fast-growing mobile game company creating entertainment products for millions of active users worldwide.
What you will do
- Build and lead a team of Full Stack Engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and technology leads from game teams.
- Set development and quality standards, engineering best practices, and raise the technical bar.
- Own deliverables end to end, including uptime, architecture, scalability, and production monitoring.
- Manage the complete production lifecycle for the team’s domain.
- Lead AI transformation and improve team efficiency and AI adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Team Leader with proven management experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience with React, Angular, or an equivalent SPA framework.
- Proven experience with Node development.
- Self-learning mindset, strong can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
