Promoter Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead regional field marketing strategy and demand generation in alignment with sales goals.
• Manage field marketing agencies and a network of more than 1,500 promoters.
• Set and review weekly targets, monitor promoter productivity, and evaluate profitability above cost.
• Validate agency invoices against confirmed promoter coverage and output.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, fraud, and risk teams to address underperformance and high-risk locations.
• Manage regional field marketing activities, budgets, performance improvement plans, and agency accountability.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of marketing and/or field marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills with senior marketing and sales leaders.
• Experience managing direct or cross-functional field marketing teams.
• Experience managing a field marketing budget and contributing to annual budgeting with finance and marketing leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results while staying within budget.
• Experience strengthening agency partnerships and managing large promoter networks.
