Operations & Marketing Implementation Specialist (MedSpa Consulting)

Location: Remote, South Africa. Candidates must be able to receive payments through Wise; supported locations listed are South Africa, the UK, the US, and the Philippines.

hirify.global is a staffing agency hiring for a consulting and marketing firm that helps US-based medical spas launch, scale, and improve profitability through advertising, appointment setting, and technical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot GoHighLevel client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, trigger links, funnels, calendars, and automation sequences.
• Set up and test SMS and email automations, Twilio and Mailgun configurations, Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms.
• Maintain ClickUp project boards, create SOP templates, track onboarding deliverables, and verify launch checklists.
• Create social graphics, ad templates, banners, short-form video edits, and AI-assisted direct-response copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Support Meta Ads campaign setup, creative uploads, and pixel integration checks.
• Guide MedSpa clients through technical onboarding, including domain verification, CRM connections, and platform access.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel workflows, sub-accounts, trigger setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ClickUp for task management, views, and process tracking.
• Familiarity with Stripe product creation, payment links, and billing integrations.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or Photoshop and CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI copywriting tools and a basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
• Must be able to receive payments through Wise in a supported country or banking location.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical spas, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness clients.
• Knowledge of media buying and paid advertising structures.
• Experience creating complex GoHighLevel custom snapshots.
