Senior Product Designer (Network Infrastructure)

Location: Remote in the United States or United Kingdom; significant overlap with US Eastern and UK working hours required.

Salary: US remote $175K–$195K, or UK remote £90K–£100K, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global builds open-source and commercial products for network automation, network observability, and network data management, including NetBox Enterprise, NetBox Cloud, and Orb.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for platform applications such as Analytics, Visual Explorer, Validation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Design how applications connect with NetBox and observability products.
• Turn complex datasets, visualizations, and multi-step workflows into usable interfaces for network engineers and architects.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and apply customer insights to product decisions.
• Prototype concepts using AI tools, code, or Figma, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and design leadership.
• Contribute to the Figma design system, Storybook component library, product analytics practices, and the long-term platform vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including enterprise-grade B2B software.
• Experience designing for technical users such as network, DevOps, security, or infrastructure engineers.
• Experience taking products from MVP through general availability and launch.
• Strong visual and interaction design, prototyping, data visualization, and multi-step workflow skills, demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Hands-on user research experience, effective collaboration, and experience improving team processes.
• Ability to work with significant overlap with US Eastern and UK hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability, monitoring, compliance, network management, or infrastructure software.
• Experience using product analytics tools such as PostHog.
• Familiarity with Figma design systems and Storybook.
